Who are the courier?
Depending on the size of the package, we will be posting either through Ninjavan
. Once we are preparing to send out your item, we will send you an order status update email to inform you on the courier and the tracking number.
How is it delivered?
For Ninjavan, they will send you an SMS and a code before the delivery begins. You can contact Ninjavan if you are not at home. Upon receiving the item, you would need to tell them the authorisation code to receive the item. Alternatively, you may ask them to leave it at the riser or somewhere hidden outside your unit.
For QDelivery (Qoo10 Delivery), they will send you an SMS with an auth code before the delivery begins. Upon receiving the item, you would need to tell them the authorisation code to receive the item. Alternatively, you may ask them to leave it at the riser or somewhere hidden outside your unit.
For SingPost, they will go up to your unit and attempt to deliver. If no one answer the door, they will post it to the nearest SingPost and you would have to collect it yourself. If the item is not collected for 2-3 weeks, it will be returned to us.

Once we have prepared and dispatching your item, you will receive a shipping email.
The tracking number can be found in the email.
This service cost an additional of $4 for order with less than 5 items.
If you order 5 or more items, it will be free of charge, regardless of the order amount. You may however opt for other shipping method.
