Please provide actual email and mobile number during checkout.
Both are required for SingPost to send PIN code and to notify you once it is ready for collection.

We would also need you to indicate your preferred POPStation location so that we can post the item for you to collect.
This can be near your home or workplace.
You can check out the list of POPStation near your vicinity at https://www.singpost.com/.
Click on 'Locate Us' on the right and select 'Popstation'

We do not need your actual mailing address. You may provide a fictitious mailing address during checkout.



Delivery Time
2-3 working days for us to process your order
2-5 working days for the courier to dispatch your item
Hence, expect total of 4 to 7 working days from the time you placed an order from us.



Who are the courier?
SingPost will be courier.



How is it delivered?
Once you have made your order, kindly send us an email (sales@lingeriesg.com) on your preferred POPStation location.
After we have dispatch to SingPost, SingPost will post your items to your preferred POPStation the next working day.
An SMS will be sent to you to inform you that it can be collected.
You may go down to POPStation anytime 24/7 and to collect your item, follow the instruction as displayed in the POPStation screen.



Is package trackable?
A tracking number will be send to you in the order number.
You can check the tracking at SingPost website.
